This program combines technical outdoor skills training and leadership development with awe-inspiring experiences in Mongolia's vast landscapes and the spectacular beaches and oceans of Cebu in the Philippines.
You will meet local nomadic tribes, immerse themselves in their traditions, and explore Mongolia's breathtaking open plains, remote rivers, and rugged terrains. In Cebu you will learn to dive, an d work on vital sustainability projects to restore the coral reefs and protect endangered shark species.
Along the way you will earn global qualifications in paddling, scuba diving, wilderness first aid and leave no trace expeditions. You will teach local school children as part of a community project and earn global coaching qualifications with Paddle UK, all while building decision-making skills, adaptability, and emotional resilience on this unparalleled adventure

Phase 1: Developing Expedition Expertise in Hong Kong (10 Days)
Immerse yourself in intensive team-building activities designed to foster collaboration and resilience. Gain essential technical skills in canoeing and water rescue training, laying the groundwork for outdoor leadership. Earn your internationally recognized Wilderness First Aid certification while exploring Hong Kong’s breathtaking peaks, vibrant cityscapes, and coastal waterways.

Phase 2: Expedition and Cultural Immersion in Mongolia (24 Days)
Embark on a transformative journey through Mongolia’s vast steppes and winding rivers. Hone your navigation skills during multi-day treks and paddling expeditions, navigating rugged terrains and remote waterways. Work closely with nomadic communities, learning ancient traditions and sustainable practices. Phase 3: Underwater Exploration in Cebu (18 days)

We’re looking for students who are curious, open-minded, and excited to learn. A positive attitude and a willingness to step out of your comfort zone are the most important things.
Depending on the particular program, you may be staying in twin rooms, shared dormitories, homestays, tents or cabins. We vet every accommodation to make sure you are safe and comfortable.
We make sure that meals are healthy and tailored to the needs of the group. Our programs are about experiencing real Asia so we include the dishes that Asia is famous for while also making sure that there is variety and a sense of familiar as well. We accommodate dietary restrictions and will ask for your preferences before the program begins.
No problem! We accommodate dietary needs, including allergies, vegetarians, and more. Be sure to let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
We encourage a healthy balance between spending time fully engaged in your surroundings and staying connected. Many of our programs include a "storytelling" element where we teach and encourage people to capture and share their experiences digitally. Most locations have phone and internet access. In remote areas, connectivity may be limited, so we will provide updates to your family through our team if you are out of coverage.
