Welcome. We're thrilled you're considering joining us on one of our gap programs! Through our application process, we'll help you choose the perfect program to challenge and inspire you. This is your first step toward making a real impact in the world, and we're here to guide you every step of the way.
Quick Eligibility Check
Our programs are designed for participants who:
- Are between 18-24 years old
- Have personal motivation to participate
- Can communicate effectively in English
- Show respect for others and for different cultures
- Follow our Student Code of Conduct
- Are comfortable with shared accommodations, including homestays
- Can manage independent living and travel
- Are ready to actively participate in group activities
Important Note: Due to the extended time away from home, these programs are not suitable for individuals treated for serious mental health, eating disorders, or substance dependence issues within the previous twelve months.
HOW TO APPLY

You will need:
- Basic personal information
- Emergency contact details
- Brief notes on your interests and goals
- Contact information for a reference
- A Brief Medical History - e.g illnesses or injuries, mental health, allergies and dietary requirements
Fill in the Adobe Acrobat form and email it to applications@apagap.com
Submit Your Deposit (Same day) Secure your spot with a $250 deposit, applied to your program tuition
Personal Chat (30 minutes, scheduled within 5 business days). Our admissions team will be in touch with you to arrange a call to discuss your goals and program fit
Program Confirmation
We will confirm your acceptance decision within 2 days of talking with you and share the next steps to get you ready to travel and join us!
